Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Warradly ("we", "us") runs a B2B procurement marketplace at www.warradly.co and in the Warradly mobile app. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to buyers, suppliers and anyone who visits the site.
1. Data we collect
- Account details: email address, phone number, username and password. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.
- Company details: legal company name, display name, country, region, exact address and tax ID (if you add them).
- Supplier verification: your profile photo, a device passkey used for a one-time identity check (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key), and documents you upload such as a commercial registration or certificates. Biometric data (your face or fingerprint) never leaves your device; we only receive a cryptographic public key.
- Marketplace activity: requests for quotation (RFQs), offers, orders, order status history, ratings, disputes and the files you attach to them.
- Messages: messages you send to other users through Warradly. Messages are automatically scanned for contact details (such as phone numbers or emails) to enforce our Anti-Circumvention Policy, and flagged messages may be reviewed by our moderators.
- Security and technical data: login times and failed login attempts, a log of important account actions, and technical data such as IP address and browser type recorded by our hosting provider.
- On your device: we store your login session and your language preference in your browser or app storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your account, verify your email and, for suppliers, verify your identity and business.
- To run the marketplace: review RFQs, send them to eligible suppliers, deliver offers, and manage orders through production, quality checks and delivery.
- To send you service emails and in-app notifications about your account, RFQs, offers and orders.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and circumvention of the platform, and to resolve disputes.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. What other users can see
Warradly keeps identities private by default. The other party in a deal sees only limited information, such as your display name, country and general region, and for suppliers an anonymized supplier ID, completed-order count and average rating. Your legal company name, exact address, tax ID, email and phone number are not shown to other users.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, under their own data protection terms:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — hosting, authentication, database, file storage and server processing.
- Resend — delivery of service emails.
We may also disclose data when required by law or a valid request from a public authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and Warradly.
5. Where your data is stored
Our providers may store and process data on servers outside Egypt. We rely on providers that apply recognized security and data protection safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your login, profile, photo, uploaded files, verification documents and notifications. Records of completed orders and the related activity log are kept in anonymized form (your company is shown as "Deleted account") because the other party and our accounting and legal obligations depend on them.
7. Your rights and choices
- Access and correction: you can view and edit your profile and company details at any time from your Profile page.
- Deletion: you can delete your account yourself from Profile → Delete account on the website or in the app. Accounts with orders still in progress must finish or cancel them first. You can also email us to request deletion.
- Other requests: you may ask us for a copy of your data or object to certain processing, as provided by Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and other applicable law.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that restrict each user to their own data, short-lived links for file downloads, account lockout after repeated failed logins, and a log of important actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
Warradly is for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
