Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Warradly, the B2B procurement marketplace at www.warradly.co and in the Warradly mobile app. By creating an account you agree to these terms, the Anti-Circumvention Policy in section 5, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Warradly
- You must be at least 18 years old and register on behalf of a real business that you are authorized to represent.
- The information you give us, including company and verification details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
2. How the marketplace works
- Buyers post requests for quotation (RFQs). Warradly reviews each RFQ before sending it to suppliers approved for that category.
- Suppliers must pass identity and business verification and be approved per category before they can see RFQs and submit offers. Offers can be edited or withdrawn until the buyer accepts one or the offer deadline passes.
- When a buyer accepts an offer, an order is created and all other offers on that RFQ are declined. Warradly then manages the order through payment confirmation, production, optional sample review, quality checks and delivery.
- RFQs that receive no accepted offer by their offer deadline expire automatically.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on Warradly are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Payment for an order is made according to the instructions provided by the Warradly team for that order, and production starts only after Warradly confirms payment.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload (RFQ details, offers, files and messages). You give Warradly permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the marketplace, including sharing relevant RFQ and offer details with the other party and creating watermarked previews of files. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
5. Anti-Circumvention Policy
Warradly keeps buyer and supplier identities private and manages each deal from request to delivery. To protect both sides and the platform:
- Do not share or request contact details (phone numbers, emails, websites, social media or addresses) through RFQs, offers or messages.
- Do not use Warradly to find a counterpart and then complete the same deal, or later deals with them, outside the platform.
- Messages are automatically checked for contact details and may be reviewed by our moderators.
- Breaking this policy leads to escalating action: a warning, then a strike, then suspension, and then a permanent ban. Serious cases can skip steps.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Posting false, misleading or fraudulent RFQs, offers or verification documents.
- Offering or requesting illegal, counterfeit or restricted goods.
- Harassing other users, or trying to identify users whose identity Warradly keeps private.
- Interfering with the platform's security, or accessing accounts or data that are not yours.
7. Disputes between users
If something goes wrong with an order, either party can open a dispute from the order page. Warradly reviews the order history and evidence and decides the outcome, which may include resuming production, a refund, or closing the order. Please cooperate with our team during this process.
8. Suspension and account deletion
We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, once you have no orders in progress. What happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Warradly connects buyers and suppliers and manages orders on the platform. Suppliers are responsible for the goods they produce, and buyers for the accuracy of their requirements. To the extent permitted by law, Warradly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the fees Warradly received for that order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Warradly after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
